Frederick County Office of Economic Development (FCOED) worked with PPR on creating a brand and then rolling out the new brand, their team was professional, meet every deadline and work with us as part of our team. This isn’t the only project we have hired PPR to lead but it did have the fastest timeline and is the most public project.
