Director of Client Impact
Gabby Winsky
Gabby is a collaborative leader and project management professional who helps organizations turn goals into action through clear structure, strong relationships, and people-first strategies. She brings energy and intention to every project, connecting teams, ideas, and purpose to drive meaningful impact.
Gabby is a relationship builder and strategic thinker. As Director of Client Impact, she partners with clients to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans, effective programs, and measurable outcomes. With a passion for collaboration and continuous learning, she thrives in environments where communication and shared purpose fuel success. Gabby is equally energized by developing the strategy as she is by bringing it to life alongside the people who make it happen.
With over six years of experience in the federal government contracting space, Gabby has supported major initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and the Department of Defense, including work with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). Her background spans real estate, public works and utilities, and real property, where she led cross-functional efforts focused on process improvement, training, and organizational development. She is known for her ability to engage stakeholders, build strong teams, and create solutions that strengthen both operations and culture.
A Maryland native, Gabby was born and raised just outside of Annapolis and has deep roots across the state—from the Eastern Shore, where she attended Washington College and Salisbury University, to Baltimore City, and now Columbia, with her work based in Frederick. Her connection to Maryland communities shapes her approach to building relationships and understanding what makes each client unique.
Gabby is currently expanding her leadership toolkit as a member of Loyola University Maryland’s Leadership Essentials 2026 Cohort and remains passionate about helping organizations grow their people, strengthen their culture, and increase their impact.
